Who Should Apply

Willowcrest students are neurodivergent children between 3 and 8 with learning differences including ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, anxiety, auditory processing disorder, and speech and language differences. Our holistic approach to special education supports children who flourish with individualized teaching and small classroom sizes. Apply today using the application form below!

Our goal at Willowcrest is to nurture each child and foster agency.  In an effort to ensure that each student is successful in accessing the curriculum and meeting their goals, there are times it becomes apparent that a student needs 1:1 support in order to gain the most out of the environment. These needs are defined by: frequent elopement, aggression towards self or others, excessive defiance or behaviors that require frequent breaks from shared space due to noise or safety.

The need for 1:1 support typically becomes apparent within the first 2-4 weeks of a student's enrollment. We regularly work with families to find 1:1 support either privately or through the use of an agency that accepts insurance. If it is recommended that your child need additional support to successfully attend school, it will be up to the families to work with the school to acquire this assistance within 30 days.

Admission Process

The admissions process will begin with a guided tour that provides an overview of Willowcrest, its mission, philosophy, facility and program. Prospective students will be invited to tour the school as well and get to know us. We can't wait to show you around! School director, Natally Raisin, will walk you through a typical school day and share information about our learning program.

Application and Fees

Willowcrest accepts applications and enrolls students year round. The application process begins with a school tour. Once parents and children have an opportunity to tour the campus, they’ll be offered an application. Upon completion, parents will be asked to submit their application along with any relevant documents to natally@willowcrestschool.com, and pay the $100.00 non-refundable application fee. Willowcrest is now accepting applications for the 2022-2023 school year. There are no additional costs for music, behavioral, occupational or speech and language therapies as they are embedded in our program and part of our holistic academic approach to special education. Tuition for the 2022-2023 academic school year is $4250 per month excluding enrollment fees.
