What is Willowcrest?Willowcrest School is a visionary educational institution providing a rigorous and supportive learning environment for preschool and elementary-aged neurodivergent children. Our mission is to address a gap in special education through collaborative and interdisciplinary interventions. While most Special Education programs operate from a singular model, Willowcrest offers an integrated education combining a tailored academic curriculum with multi-pronged therapies in one supportive environment. By offering a multifaceted program, providing both educational and therapeutic support, children receive the benefit of a diversified curriculum and parents get a one-stop shop that meets both their children’s educational and therapeutic needs.

Who do we serve?Willowcrest supports preschool and elementary school children with speech and language delays, ADHD, ASD and a variety of neurodivergent learning styles and their families.

What do we offer?Willowcrest provides immersive early education through a full-day multi-sensory language based curriculum that promotes emotional regulation, social communication and friendship skills. Children have the opportunity to work collectively and 1:1 with a cooperative team of teachers and therapists. Each child receives: 1 hour of 1:1 speech therapy per week 1 hour of 1:1 occupational therapy per week 1 hour group music therapy per week 8+ hours weekly observation from our Clinical Director and BCBA for behavior support and planning

What’s the teacher/student ratio?Between 1:1 and 3:1 depending on the activity.

What are the school hours?Preschool Hours Monday through Friday 9 AM - 2 PM Extended School Day hours from 2 PM - 4 PM Elementary School Hours Monday 8:30 AM - 2 PM Tuesday through Friday 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM Extended School Day hours from 2 PM - 4 PM

How can I apply?Schedule a call with one of our Directors to see if Willowcrest School will be a good fit for your kiddo and family! At Willowcrest we enroll students year round. We’re currently accepting applications for our 2025 Summer Camp program and 2025/26 school year.
